Lately, I’ve been lacing up my hiking boots, hitting the trails, and spending less time glued to my phone. And you know what? I’m happier for it.
Here’s the thing: Happiness fuels productivity. When you prioritize what makes you happy, you don’t just feel better—you perform better.
So here’s a simple challenge for you: Make a list of what makes you happy and DO those things.
Need a little inspiration? Here are some quick wins to add to your list:
Talk kindly to yourself. Your inner dialogue shapes your outlook and your success.
Stay hydrated. A glass of water in the morning can wake you up faster than coffee.
Smile for three seconds. It sounds silly, but it triggers happiness chemicals in your brain.
Start the day with a win. Tackle something productive first thing—it sets the tone for the rest of the day.
Choose positivity. You can only hold one thought at a time. Make it a good one.
